About me:
Lover of God, my family, and my camera. I like taking pictures. Like you, I often come across subjects that catch my eye. Whether it’s people, cars, mountains, lakes, a field, structures, beaches, sunsets, food…I enjoy it all. There is beauty in just about everything. We just have to find it. One thing I enjoy is: photographing people. From a photography point of view, I am fascinated with light and how it effects a subject. The right light can create beautiful shadows, curves, lines, contour, etc…making an image come to life! My portfolio illustrates this fascination. Outside of just “snapping” a photo, my post-production work is particularly meticulous. This is where the magic happens. For every image I process, I evaluate the smallest of details ensuring I provide my clients with the best possible outcome. I cannot deliver a product that looks 99%.
I’m currently based in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. Home of mesquite trees, hot summers, hot winters, the occasional hurricane, good Mexican food, and great BBQ! I also love to cook out. My journey has been beautiful, adventurous, winding, heartbreaking, challenging…but it’s made me who I am today: Resilient. I’m grateful for my Lord Jesus Christ who I strive to draw nearer to everyday. I’m thankful for the people that have shared this journey with me. For my wife (my greatest supporter), I couldn’t have accomplished all of this without you. To my sons, my family, my friends, and fellow photographers: Thank you.
